Dear Dealer,

 

Please see my previous message regarding the AT&T 3G turndown here.

 

In recent weeks, Freeus was able to secure a roaming agreement with AT&T, which will allow some devices to roam on the T-Mobile network until the end of June 2022. Even with this extension, we are unable to guarantee the reliability of 3G services and recommend that you make reasonable efforts to suspend or replace devices that are currently using the 3G AT&T network.  Should you choose to leave devices active, you do so at your own risk.  

 

As of 3/22/2022, Freeus will NOT suspend devices on your behalf.  If you wish to not be billed for your active 3G subscriptions, please the suspend tools available to you in the dealer portal or API.  You can also send support@freeus.com a list of devices you would like to suspend.
